Print Policy

  • Designs must be clear and high-resolution
  • A transparent background is recommended
  • We may contact you if design adjustment is needed before printing

Order Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once printing begins
  • Custom printed items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective
  • Ready-made design orders are subject to stock availability

Delivery Policy

  • Production time: 1–3 working days
  • Delivery: 2–5 working days nationwide
  • Bulk orders may require additional production time — we will confirm before printing
